The INTERSICOP´s Fair, the 9th edition of the Internacional de Panadería, Confitería e Industrias Afines, took place March 24th-28th 2011, in Madrid´s Fair. Also it had different encounters of the Unión Internacionale de la Boulangerie.
The Soa hostesses were working at different stands promoting the products. It has been a very animated, with many public interested in trying the products exposed.
