Por medio de la presente me permito poner a su disposición nuestra carta de presentación de servicios, esperando que la información aquí presente le sea de gran utilidad en la solución de sus necesidades, buscando que con esto nos den la oportunidad de presentarles ampliamente nuestra empresa.

 

QUIENES SOMOS:

 

En Akdemia brindamos servicios de personal en este caso Edecanes, Gios así como Animadore(a)s, que van desde imagen corporativa, lanzamiento de productos, eventos deportivos, exposiciones, así como ruedas de prensa, congresos, entre otros. Nuestro compromiso principal con nuestros socios comerciales es satisfacer sus necesidades con la calidad de nuestros servicios, trabajando día a día en la mejora continua.

 

Contamos con presencia de Edecanes, Gios y Animadora(e)s en 16 Ciudades de la República Mexicana siendo las siguientes:  CANCÚN, PLAYA DEL CARMEN, CDMX, CHIHUAHUA, ESTADO DE MÉXICO, GUADALAJARA, LEÓN, MÉRIDA, MONTERREY, PACHUCA, PUEBLA, QUERÉTARO, SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, SONORA, TABASCO, VERACRUZ…

El servicio mínimo por día, es de 4 horas.

Los precios son en PESOS MEXICANOS.

Todos los precios arriba mencionados son más el 16% IVA.

La cancelación del servicio tiene un cargo del 100%

 

Es indispensable sin excepción, contemplar a una Edecán o Gio como respaldo, por cualquier contratiempo que se pudiera presentar, antes o durante el evento.

 

Se requiere sin excepción una hora de descanso para eventos de 6 horas o más.

 

Queda estrictamente prohibido antes, durante o después de cualquier evento…Solicitar datos personales, hacer invitaciones a salir, estar hostigando, faltar al respeto, hacer insinuaciones o cualquier otro tipo de situaciones que incomoden a nuestro personal, por lo que nos reservamos el derecho de suspender el servicio inmediatamente sin opción a reembolso.

 

Nuestra política de pagos será de la siguiente manera:

1.- Primer pago del 50% anticipo para poder apartar a nuestro personal, sin el pago NO PODEMOS APARTAR A NADIE PARA QUE LO CONTEMPLEN.

2.- Segundo pago del 50% finiquito, deberá de ser liquidado días antes del evento SIN EXCEPCIÓN.

3.- La forma de pago solo será por medio de transferencias interbancarias SIN EXCEPCIÓN.

The minimum daily service is 4 hours.

Prices are in MEXICAN PESOS.

All above prices are plus 16% VAT.

Cancellation of the service is charged at 100%

 

It is essential without exception, to have a Host or Gio as a back-up for any mishaps that may arise before or during the event.

 

One-hour break is required for events of 6 hours or more.

 

It is strictly forbidden before, during or after any event...To ask for personal data, to make invitations to go out, to be harassing, to be disrespectful, to make insinuations or any other kind of situations that make our staff uncomfortable, so we reserve the right to suspend the service immediately without the option of reimbursement.

 

Our payment policy will be as follows:

1.- First payment of 50% in advance in order to be able to reserve our staff, without the payment we CANNOT APART ANYONE TO BE PAID.

2.- Second payment of 50% of the final payment, it must be paid days before the event WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

3.- The form of payment will only be by means of interbank transfers WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
